Omron K6PM-TH – Thermal Condition Monitoring Device
Overview
Perangkat pemantau kondisi termal yang memantau suhu di dalam panel secara terus-menerus dan dari jauh, tanpa membuka pintu panel. Terdiri dari unit utama K6PM-THMD-EIP dan sensor inframerah thermal-imaging K6PM-THS3232 (bisa sampai 31 sensor per unit utama).
Fitur Utama
- Sensor thermal imaging 32 x 32 piksel dengan sudut pandang lebar 90° x 90°
- Rentang suhu 0 sampai 200 °C dengan akurasi ±5 °C pada suhu sekitar 25 °C
- Sampai 31 sensor per unit utama
- Algoritma prediksi kenaikan suhu memberi peringatan dini pada panas abnormal, termasuk saat suhu sekitar berubah-ubah
- Threshold otomatis untuk distribusi suhu panel yang rumit
- Deteksi pergeseran sudut sensor
- Komunikasi EtherNet/IP dan Modbus TCP ke PLC atau PC
- Pemasangan mudah : dengan magnet atau braket di sisi belakang pintu panel
Sederhananya: perangkat ini cocok untuk pemeliharaan prediktif panel listrik: panas berlebih pada sambungan dan komponen terdeteksi sebelum menyebabkan mati mendadak.
